Certainly, many of us are socially awkward nerds who can't really socialize in real life. So why not create a social advice stack exchange? It would provide us with so much advice!

How can you say this: "many of us are socially awkward nerds who can't really socialize in real life". If you read peoples profiles you'll understand this assertion is very subjective.– Daniele BJan 25, 2013 at 11:03

Because each answer would be subjective and each question would not have a clear cut answer.
Consider this: Q: How should i dress for my date tonight? A1: Suit and Tie A2: Button-up shirt, kakhis A3: Like a Hobo A4: Star Wards Apparel A5: Casual A6: Business Casual
Now, out of those 6 answers, which one is correct?
Another: Q: How should i act during my date? A1: yourself A2: MANLY! A3: Be interested
Which one is right?
I think you're looking for the Social conventions and interaction proposal.
I'm not disagreeing with DForck42's point (far from it!), but there is an existing proposal trying to do just what you're asking.
