Would it be better to change the site name (Ukrainian Language) to "Ukrainian Language Learners" or to "The Ukrainian Language" in order to comply with the rules of the definite article usage?

  1. I prefer "Ukrainian Language" to more complex names (like "Ukrainian Language Learners"). IMHO, using more complex name doesn't make sense, if we're not going to have more than one site devoted to Ukrainian language on Stack Exchange.

  2. I'm not expert in English grammar, but all existing language-devoted sites on Stack Exchange don't use "the". IMHO, we should follow them.
