Through a quick check of the Privileges page, I got the close/reopen questions privilege at 150rep. However, I don't see a way to cast close or reopen votes on a proposal. I am pretty sure that right now, only mods can close. Is there a way to earn this privilege, or if not, shouldn't there be?
