Proposal: Artificial Intelligence
This proposal massively overlaps with the scopes of DataScience and ComputerScience. One is in beta and the other recently graduated.
So, all it does is just diluting the AI traffic from these sites.

I am not sure about this claim.
Assuming machine learning is part of AI, data science often sees ML as an application of its analysis results (well, I should cite a few books here). The DataScience project is more focused on statistics and modeling, I believe. On the other hand AI is also concerned with logics, for example.
Computer Science is broad and overlaps significantly with AI, but questions regarding the Laws of Robotics, perhaps some philosophical aspects, even "architectural" or engineering concerns are, again I believe, not really a concern for computer scientists.
AI has traditionally meant much more than ML, which has become AI's spear over the past decade (with great achievements!). But there are also years of work that still have value, and should raise many questions. Past work enters categories like:
They all belong to the AI domain. Some of these categories do include work related to ML and Data Science. The bulk of it is based on very different approaches, though, and I do not think they are in-scope for either the Data Science or Robotics projects. Some are in scope for CS. Yet, there may still be enough dichotomy, a bit like the difference between StackOverflow and Programming.
Anyway, +1 as I think the framing of an AI project, if any, needs more work still.
