Recently I proposed a site for Slavic Languages, wrote 4 example questions and had 2 followers after 3 days. Yesterday, the proposal disappeared. Why? As for my understanding, it was well-defined, clear about the topic and would have had potential to create a big, avid community.

Anyone can explain?

    The requirements are also listed prominently when you submit the proposal as "Here is what you'll need to get started..."
