I know the title has a pretty negative tone, but I need help on getting my posts to be better-received by the community.

I used to have 178 Reputation on both my proposals and discussions accounts. Now I have less than 20 Reputation. How do I participate in Area 51 and be "okay?"

By "okay" I mean to earn reputation and actively participate without getting down-votes, post-bans, and other things that make a user seem "bad."

Looking at your reputation history, the problem is that you're making bad suggested questions, and suggesting questions on bad proposals. Don't do that.

    And making what seems to be troll proposals. Which is a sure-fire way to gather downvotes.
