An example question being posted on meta instead of on the page for the proposal. The problem is people mistaking the "create new discussion" link as the way to add an example question. You don't even see the box for adding an example question without scrolling down if the proposal has a few examples already.

Can the text for the link be clearer that it takes the user to meta? Changing the text to "create new meta discussion" and adding a link with the text "create new example question" at the top that takes the user to the bottom of the page would work.
