Proposal: Arabic Language

I think this website should support the RTL design in general (the look & feel), and support combined text (English & Arabic) in questions and answers.

    I believe SE is working on something right now, there was a thread about it somewhere where a SE employee mentioned that as more rtl sites are being added they are changing their tech to match
