Proposal: French Language & Usage

I noticed that the proposal was edited to remove the statement that questions may be asked in either language. Will they still be allowed? In my opinion, the proposal is totally worthless if we only allow English questions, and I will be withdrawing my commitment in this case. I really hope that's not what was implied by the description change:

Just like the German and Japanese sites, questions in French are fine, per SE policy:

    I would assume answers could be put in either French or English as well... if someone really doesn't understand, they can ask or plug it into a translator. It's a good opportunity for them to practice their language skills.
