I don't know where you are coming from. But where I live (Austria in European Union) you are taught about sexuality in school, starting at the age of 6. The topic is chosen according to the age of the children. Younger kids learn what the differences between a boy and a girl are, and what happens when a woman gets pregnant.
When kids are in the age where puberty starts, they learn about what is happening with their bodies. And they learn about the possibilities of contraception. When you're old enough (i believe it's 14+) teachers also talk about porn (but don't show it) and how it differs from the sex that "normal" people have. You also learn about homosexuality, transsexuality and other things like this. Some teachers also show sex-toys to students of your age, and explain how they work, but this is a subject of discussion. Not all parents like this kind of instructions.
This board is not about pornography. It is about sexuality. And when you are old enough to be interested in it, then you are old enough to learn about it. So I think that this board must be open for everybody, and for people of every age.
