I sent out a link to the other programmers and support dudes in my department for the health care IT site, I think we hit some sort of trigger because only the first two guys showed up as committed and only the first two guys got any rep for signing up.

Is this part of the system, or did the other two guys who committed screw something up? They both show up as committed on their screens, but not on the Healthcare IT screen

  • Are they members on any of the established sites? Because new members don't add to the commitment rate, because new sites need existing users to commit to it

  • @ivo, that's what was weird, they all were new, but two of them showed up as committed and the other two didn't. Jun 29, 2011 at 16:20

To show up in the list of committers, they need to verify their email addresses. Upon doing so, they will also receive a +50 reputation boost for verifying their emails.

If they can't find their original verification email, they can click a link on their user page to re-send the verification email.
