I deleted a question with -13 votes from a proposed SE site. Usually when you do this you rep points are restored, but they haven't been (24hrs). Will they be?

I recalculated your rep and the deleted posts were accounted for immediately. I'm not sure if Area 51 is hooked into the more-recent rep-synching mechanisms, so I don't know if that would have happened automatically. I just initiated it manually.
