have had the following message in them for quite a long time already:
This launch is on hold while we add the international features needed to make it functional for this community. Dates will be announced when available.
Meanwhile, the Portuguese Stack overflow has been launched, as has the Japanese Stack overflow (which never even had an Area 51 proposal!). So, it appears that the technical side of implementing international features has been done already. That brings up the question: what "international features" are still left to be added?
Can we have an update on what things are still left to be completed?
