My research:
I'm looking for an area of ​​discution bittorrent but I find no space which covers the subject!

My idea:
Create a space for discussion about the bittorrent protocol.
Several topics could be addressed: 

- Web part  
- Client part  
- Mobil part

You might be able to try posting a few example questions in the following proposal, while Bittorrent isn't specifically mentioned it would seem to fall under peer-to-peer networks and software:
