Possible Duplicate:
Expand Selenium to cover the field of Software Testing and QA?

How can you just Close the Selenium proposal and decide to merge the both, despite there was lots of disagreement about the merge. I have uncommitted to the software testing and QA site and so have many others.

And of course we want the Selenium proposal to be opened.

  • @Dori, no difference, BUT that other one is an answer, while this is a question. closing as a duplicate, means Closing as an exact duplicate of a question, see the second word under the close reason, and the 10th word. Many people, including myself, have taken answers and made them questions. It's a natural progression on SE/SO.

  • @Tarun, where would the reopen link be, I don't see one. I'm not sure how they'd reopen a merged site anyway, but if you can show me the link I'll click it.

  • Hey see there are links - "link", "edit", "reopen(1)" etc... just do one control+f for "reopen" and click on it

  • Do't see any link myself, do you need "cast close and reopen votes" privs to be able to see the links? If so any idea how much rep is required for that on area51?
