Isn't a large part of IT Management already covered by Programmers ? [closed]

"Programmers" is very wide ranging, and while some of the questions on it are related to IT Management, most are not. Even when they are, they are usually asked and answered from the point of view of a programmer, not of a manager. IT Management would be from the point of view of a manager.

There is also a lot of IT Management knowledge that is not directly applicable to a practicing programmer, and would probably be thrown off Programmers. This would be a good place to put it.
