I think its already been 3 weeks since the proposal has reached 100% commitment. So, When are we going to have our Hinduism community.

New sites are typically launched on either Tuesday or Wednesday, so no earlier than the 10th or the 11th, I'm guessing. (You're right that this is kind of a long wait from 100% committment to beta launch, especially given that no sites have been launched in the past two weeks, and there's only one other site awaiting launch [Buddhism] - I guess they're busy with other stuff.)

Barring any unforeseen technical delays, Hinduism SE is slated to launch in the afternoon (Eastern Time) of Wed, June 18th.

To quote from the banner displayed at the top of the proposal page:

Site launches are currently on hold due to a problem with Google's OpenID service, but should resume next week (16 Jun)

That said, Craft CMS launched today (June 12 UTC), so... I don't really know what's up.

Launching Craft CMS today was consistent with what I've seen in the past. From what I remember, usually when multiple proposals are ready to enter beta, they select the one with the most commitments, which is not necessarily the one which has been at 100% commitment the longest. In this case, Craft had 334, while Hinduism has 232, so they got to go first. As for the problem with Google's OpenID service, I don't know whether that was fixed early or if there's some other explanation.
