Proposal: Puzzling
So I was wondering: is the scope of this proposal already established, or can we propose changes to it once it goes beta? And will there be some definitive rules laid out somewhere that enumerate the types (or families) of puzzles to be discussed?
While the "Definition" stage is over, all beta sites work out their scope as actual questions are asked and answered. Indeed, one of the signs of a healthy site is an active meta that includes at least some communal soul searching. The Area 51 process should result in a solid understanding of the core of a topic, but it isn't until people start asking real questions that the edges of a topic start to become clear. One of the early tasks on meta is to sort of what's on- and off-topic.
