Wow, great! I for myself would blame this on the change of the system some time ago, which led to many proposals getting closed and which seems to have missed to inform all the followers of existing proposals about the change and to revisit their followings. But thanks for rebooting it, maybe it will work with a new start, at least if the new promotion system isn't completely unthought-through and untested.– Christian RauCommented Nov 3, 2013 at 21:24

We're almost there. As of now, there are 100 followers on the proposal and it needs 14 move 10 vote questions. If you haven't checked the proposal out in I while I would recommend doing so since a good number of new questions have been asked in the last few weeks.
Please vote and spread the word if you want the site to make it to the next stage.
