I have committed to Expatriates, it asked me to confirm my email, I did not get the email, so I click on resend the confirmation email, this time I got the email and a "thank you for confirmation" message was shown. Anyway nothing happened, I still have the message that asks me to confirm my email, I tried to use the same confirmation link that was emailed to me, but nothing happens when I click on it. I tried to resend another confirmation email but it gives me the following detail-less error:

How to solve this?

    One thing you could try is deleting all the confirmation emails, waiting a few hours from the last request, then trying to resend a confirmation email after that. If it works, great! If not, probably post a support query on the main Meta.SO site

I solved the issue, I found an uncommit button, I uncommit then commit again. Things were fine and I did not even need to confirm my email again.
