On our Blender site, we currently have 86% answered. What exactly does this mean, because I calculated it (7 answered / 25 total) and got 28%. How is this "% answered" calculated, and what does it mean?

I'm not in the beta, but a question counts as answered, when it has at least one upvoted answer or an accepted answer. That means, even if only 7 of 25 questions have accepted answers, others may have an upvoted answer and thus are marked as answered.
