Proposal: App Stores

There's really no reason for App Store-related questions to just be for mobile developers as stated here.

Whatever Microsoft calls their Desktop Marketplace, the Mac App Store, Embarcadero Appwave, and Steam ought to all be on topic since the experts at getting their apps out on the mobile marketplace probably can help the noobs.

Maybe even broaden the topic to "Independently Published Applications"? Although I'd imagine you might be able to sneak those questions through on Programmers.SE.
