Proposal: Operating Systems. After reviewing this proposal, I commited to it, but a few questions popped up. For one, is this proposal for a site that would simply go over the theory of operating systems, and would it possibly present code snippets? Also, I am currently reviewing OS design from the ground up, and I wondered what level of the operating system complexity this site was proposed for.

- Anything but how to use a computer as a user or administrator, what is covered in SU. we focus on designing mechanism, structures & architecture, and building operating systems. Especially anything covered in Douglas Comer's Operating System Design: The XINU Approach
